1996 EXISS EXTREME FOUR-HORSE ALUMINUM TRAILER

This trailer is a combination trainer package and weekender package. The dressing room was factory insulated and finished, framed for a 110 volt HVAC ceiling unit that was added later. The dressing room also has a power inverter, a small fan at the head of the king sized bed, a microwave and refrigerator, an 8' clothes rod, blanket bars, brush trays, and a pull-out step. There is a counter-top under the clothes rod that houses 3 drawers, the 3 cu.ft. refrigerator, and an open storage area. The trailer has two mid-tack rooms, a lockable door on each side of the trailer. Each mid-tack has four saddle racks, brush trays, bridle hooks, a ceiling light, ceiling vent, and removable carpet on the floors. The first stall has a stud divider to the floor and an escape door. The drop down windows on the head side are lockable. The rear doors are 60-40, and the collapsible rear storage compartment also has fittings to hold the saddle racks. The exterior has an awning, a spare tire, and chrome simulators on the wheels with new tires (less than 400 miles). This trailer has all the Event model features that were standard on the "Extreme" models in 1996. The wheels and bearings have been checked annually and packed with grease accordingly. This trailer is a low mileage unit - the first set of tires dry rotted before the tread wore off. The trailer is in excellent condition, does NOT leak anywhere, and has been kept in a shelter except while in use. The box of the body is 26' long, overall length is 32'. The dressing room has a 4' short wall and a 7' long wall. Inside the horse area it is 7' wide and 7' tall. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Asking $18,000. Additional photos available upon request.
